When I think of customer service I think of Sales Associate, Theresa Dillon, who has been with Bellagio Art to Wear for 16 years. Customers come in on a daily basis and ask to work with Theresa and say they have worked with her for years. When I ask them why they like working with her, they say a variety of things. Here are a few:

  • She tells me the truth. I know she will be honest about what looks good on me.
  • She knows my name. She remembers it.
  • She asks about my family.
  • She knows what will look good on me.
  • She hugs me and greets me with her beautiful smile and self.
  • I get sweet notes from her.
  • She wants me to look and feel good.
  • If it is my birthday, she sings to me.

What Theresa does for our customers is the Bellagio way. All our Sales Associates will provide you with polite, personalized, and honest service. We want you to walk out feeling good about yourself and us. I believe this is the main reason we are celebrating our 25th anniversary.
