Candiss Cole continues to bring a contemporary look to ancient textile traditions, bridging the gap between couture and wearable art. Her Studio is one of the few design houses that continue to dye and weave all of their fabrics by hand. It is also the only Atelier in the world that handweaves Ikat-Shibori.

These techniques, combined for the first time in handwoven, take the silk through multiple surface manipulations and dye processes to create a fabric unique to the world.
